CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
48+ hours’ notice: No charge
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of all services booked
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of all services booked
No-shows: 100% of all services booked
Rescheduling is considered a cancellation when made within these timeframes. With short notice, we are often unable to fill the appointment time that was reserved specifically for you.
