Cancellation Policy

At Glow Makeup + Hair, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that you are satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our services, we have implemented the following policies:

1. No Refunds: All payments for services rendered are final. We do not offer refunds for any services provided, including but not limited to haircuts, colouring, styling, makeup applications, or other salon treatments.

2. Service Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to address any concerns and offer adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Adjustments must happen within a week.

3. Appointment Changes: Any changes or cancellations to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur in a charge of the full service fee. We require 48 hours notice prior to changing or cancelling your appointment.

48 hours before your appointment you will receive a text or email asking you to confirm, which allows you to reschedule.

4. No refunds on products: All products purchased are final sale.

Valid Credit Card Information is required on file.
