CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
48+ hours’ notice: No charge
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of all services booked
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of all services booked
No-shows: 100% of all services booked
Rescheduling is considered a cancellation when made within these timeframes. With short notice, we are often unable to fill the appointment time that was reserved specifically for you.

Service Satisfaction & Return Policy
At Glow Makeup + Hair, we want every client to feel confident and happy with their service.
Due to the time, products, and professional expertise involved, completed salon services are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We may ask you to return to the salon so we can assess your hair or service in person.
When appropriate, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or correction. Any adjustment must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment and must relate directly to the service originally performed.
Complimentary corrections do not apply to:
A change of mind after the service was completed
Requests for a different colour, cut, style, or result than originally agreed upon
Issues resulting from at-home colouring, chemical services, treatments, or improper aftercare
Services altered by another salon or stylist after your appointment
Normal fading, grow-out, or wear
Additional services or changes beyond the original consultation may be subject to additional charges.
For concerns regarding your appointment, please contact Glow Makeup + Hair directly before attempting to correct the service elsewhere, so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the concern.
