Ziya is the co-founder of Glow and the guiding force behind Glow Hair Boutiques in Papua New Guinea. Trained in professional makeup artistry, she brings a refined creative eye, an intuitive sense of beauty, and a deep passion for elevating client experience.
While she doesn’t work behind the chair, Ziya has a strong passion for and extensive knowledge of hair - from understanding texture and technique to curating the right products, artists, and education for the teams she leads. Her expertise allows her to support stylists, uphold the Glow standard, and ensure every client receives a truly personalized, luxury experience.
Behind the scenes, Ziya oversees operations, branding, client care, and team development, making sure every Glow location embodies the values she and Tahira built together: luxury, inclusivity, education, and community.
A dedicated advocate for local talent, Ziya also uplifts emerging designers and artists throughout Papua New Guinea, helping to cultivate a vibrant, creative community around the brand.

With over 26 years of experience behind the chair, Chair is a dedicated hairstylist specializing in textured hair, keratin smoothing treatments, and relaxers. Her career has been rooted in both technical excellence and a deep understanding of hair health, ensuring every client receives personalized, transformative results.
For 12 years, she proudly served as an educator and member of the creative artistic team for Farouk Systems, where she trained professionals, shared advanced techniques, and contributed to innovative styling and education initiatives. This experience allowed her to refine her craft at the highest level while staying at the forefront of industry trends and technology.
Her work has also extended into film and photoshoots, where precision, creativity, and adaptability are essential. Whether on set or in the salon, she brings passion, artistry, and intention to every style she creates.
Above all, she is passionate about how hair transforms not just appearance, but confidence. Helping people look and feel their best is at the heart of everything Char does.

Anu is a Hair Apprentice at Glow Makeup + Hair, with a passion for beauty that began long before her career did. What started as experimenting with her own hair and makeup quickly caught the attention of friends and family, who recognized her natural talent early on. Their encouragement inspired her to take her first masterclass - a moment that sparked a seven-year journey in freelance makeup and hairstyling.
Eager to grow and refine her skills, Anu went on to earn her diploma in hairstyling, deepening both her technique and creative vision. Now, as part of the Glow team, she’s dedicated to learning, elevating her craft, and bringing thoughtful, personalized beauty to every client she meets.

Diane is an experienced Salon Manager with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and leading high-performing beauty teams. With a strong background in salon operations, scheduling, customer service, and team coordination, Diane ensures the salon runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
Known for strong communication, organization, and a warm client-focused approach, Diane supports stylists, oversees daily workflow, manages inventory, and helps maintain a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
With a commitment to high standards and a love for the beauty industry, Diane works to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.

Anastasiia wears two hats at Glow - Salon Coordinator and Nail Artist. A true perfectionist (in the best way), she’s obsessed with the tiny details that keep the salon running smoothly and your nails looking flawless.
When she’s not in beauty mode, you’ll find her lost in a good book or on the tennis court pretending she’s in the finals at the US Open.
